A la verdad que tener un trabajo full-time y negocios desde el hogar a veces no es fácil.  Uno tiene tantas cosas que hacer que quisiera que los días fueran de mas de 24 horas.  Yo entiendo que lo mas importante es organizarse y aprender a manejar mejor el tiempo. De esa forma es como único vamos a poder lograr terminar todo lo que nos propongamos.

Una de las mejores formas para organizarse y manejar el tiempo es preparando una agenda de todo lo que tienes que hacer durante el día.  Si es posible tener un calendario el cual veas todos los días para recordarte de lo que tienes que hacer y no te salgas de el tiempo establecido.

Yo tengo una pizarra calendario en la pared que la veo todos los días.  También uso Google Calendar para que me envíe recordatorios a mi email y para completar las notificaciones del calendario también me llegan al iPhone.

Es como tener a una persona todo el tiempo encima de ti diciéndote lo que debes hacer pero sin regaños. LOL

Today I received an email from a friend of mine saying that Sony is giving away a free Ericsson Laptop to those that send the same email to 8 or more of their contacts.

I have received like 20 emails from several friends about this!

If you notice something fishy or to good to be truth… then maybe it is.

You see, this is what people call a HOAX.

What is a HOAX?

A hoax (According to Wikipedia) is a deliberate attempt to dupe, deceive or trick an audience into believing, or accepting, that something is real, when the hoaxster knows it is not; or that something is true, when it is false. In an instance of a hoax, an object, or event, is not what it appears to be, or what it is claimed to be – for example, “snake oil,” which was sold by 19th century traveling salesman in the United States as a cure-all. A hoax differs from a magic show in that the audience is unaware of being deceived – whereas in watching a magician perform a magical act, the audience expects to be tricked.

If you analyze the email you see that they are giving away a free Ericsson T18 Laptop and also a Ericsson R320 Laptop… Hum!  Never heard of those laptops before.  Is it that those aren’t names of Laptops but names of Mobile Devices from Ericsson?  Aha!  BINGO!  There is the HOAX!

I have to say that I didn’t know who this guy was until I find his bio searching google. I find this video and I was immediately shocked with the quality of the content. It’s a must watch for any Entrepreneur and Internet Marketer.

Hello all, this is my first post using my iphone. It’s a test to see if I can post to my blog even if I’m not in my computer and without a laptop. This are social sites that pays you for using their website, what they do is share a part of their advertising revenue depending on how many pages you have browse and how many page views you had by other visiting your profile.  Is quite amazing “The Concept” that just for doing the same thing you have done with other social sites like posting pictures, writing on blogs, chat with friends, join discussion groups, etc… You get paid!

However I have heard that in order to get paid in Yuwie you have to have  A LOT of page views just  to receive like $0.15 cents or so.  What, all my effort for only that?

And I haven’t talk about Zenzuu! You see, Zenzuu since their launch like 5 months ago, they haven’t pay a single cent to their members… Why? Because they share their advertising revenue…  You do the math!!!

They keep pushing back the 1st pay date a month at a time (5 times already since July) so no one will quit. The 1st pay date is schedule now for November 15, we shall see. Zenzuu doesn’t want to tell people that most business don’t make a profit until after 2 or 3 years, since if they do no one will join. Last I check in math class 80% of ZERO profit is still ZERO.

Now 6dgr is different, because you don’t get paid for using the website nor for page views or anything like that… You get paid for inviting friends to use 6dgr.  And you don’t get paid $0.15 or $1.20 not even $2.00 for your effort of inviting… You get paid $4.00 every time you invite someone to register for FREE!  That’s right $4.00 just for inviting… You might be thinking, $4.00? I can’t get rich with $4 dollars.  And you may be right or you could be wrong…

You see, $4 for every person you refer, hum!  If you refer 10 people that’s $40, If you refer 100 people that’s $400, If your refer 1000 people that’s $4000… Get my point?  You won’t get rich, but is a nice income to complement your current situation.  You also get paid for the people your friends refer and so on… All the details about the compensation plan are here!  And remember you’re inviting people to a social site that is Free like Facebook and Myspace like you have always done but this time you get paid!

Tips When Deciding to Have

Your Own Home Office.

Hey everyone, I was away for a while, got to take care of some business but I’m back and with a new office.  Yeah, I made one of the rooms in my house into an office, because  I was working from my own bedroom and didn’t have the privacy and commodity to work.  But now I have my own space where I can think and brainstorm my business ideas, study without anyone disturbing me and very happy about it.

Build Your Own Space

Having your own workspace at home puts you in the right mind set to begin work and makes it much easier to focus on the job you’re intended to do.

If you have spare room in the house, it would be best to set apart this space for your home office.  If you don’t have a spare room, simply use a room that normally serves a different purpose.  Your bedroom or laundry room can double as a home office.  If it’s a room where you can shut the door and work quietly for a few hours every day without any interruptions, you’ll find you get a lot more work done and are fresher at the end of the day.

Choose Ergonomic Furniture

Get a desk and chair that’s comfortable and ergonomically designed so that when you spend your time in front of the computer it doesn’t result in an aching back or neck.  Always have good lighting so that you can work comfortably without straining your eyes.

Clear up the Clutter

It’s amazing how quickly you have your workspace filled with piles of junk and you’ve soon outgrown your home office!  Keep it simple and organized.  File your paperwork right away so that you don’t waste time looking for lost documents.  Organize your files into binders that are clearly labeled.  Storage bins, bookshelves and file cabinets are great for organizing your files, marketing and learning materials like DVDs and CDs.

Save and organize your electronic files into folders on your hard drive and in your email software and back up important files on DVDS or other backup devices like tape backups.  Before the work day ends, straighten up your desk and work day so you can get straight to work with a clean desk in the morning.  These are good work habits that will help you stay efficient and productive.

Be more Productive

Make your home office a friendly and welcoming place.  Decorate your workspace and give it your own individual touch. Put up motivational posters, pictures of your last holiday, an inspiring painting. Flowers from your garden add to the cheer. Whatever motivates you to work goes.

On the other hand, make sure that distractions are kept to the minimum. If you find that music helps you work better, that’s okay.  But stay off TV and radio if you find they make you less productive.  You can treat yourself to a ten-minute coffee break after you’ve achieved a preset work target for the day,  say, in the middle of the morning.  Find a good balance and before you know it, you’ll have a home office set up that you love to work in.
